Daniel Berger, set to play with Charley Hull, WDs from Grant Thornton

About six weeks after it was first announced, there's been a change in the field for this week's Grant Thornton Invitational.

The third-year tournament is a unique mixed-team event featuring 16 two-player teams of one PGA Tour player and one LPGA player.

On Monday evening, it was announced that Daniel Berger, who was scheduled to play alongside Charley Hull, has withdrawn. There was no reason given.

In his place steps Michael Brennan, a big hitter who won in just his third PGA Tour start. Brennan's victory at the Bank of Utah Championship zoomed him past Korn Ferry Tour status and straight to the big tour.

Hull, meanwhile, is one of the most popular players on the LPGA.

The updated line-up for Tiburon Golf Club in Naples, Florida, now looks like this:
