But it's the final year that Sanderson Farms will be the title sponsor of the event, which was first played in the state in 1968. Wayne Sanderson Farm has been the title sponsor since 2013. Tournament director Steve Jent now goes in search for a 2026 sponsor.

Garrick Higgo birdied his first hole to move to 19 under, but Vince Whaley is chasing Higgo down. Whaley is 4 under thru 5 holes to begin Sunday's final round, including birdies on his first three holes. The lead is down to one.

There is a $6 million total purse with a first-place prize of $1.08 million going to the winner. Full FedEx Cup points are on the line but there is no longer a Masters invitaition available for the winner. Augusta National altered its criteria and no longer awards a trip down Magnolia Lane to winners of the PGA Tour's Fall series events.
