Meet the 31 players who earned LPGA cards at Final Qualifying

Updated Dec. 9, 2025, 5:25 p.m. ET

A weather-plagued LPGA Qualifying School finally wrapped up in chilly Mobile, Alabama. With most players needing only to finish less than nine holes on Tuesday, play was delayed once again at RTJ's Magnolia Grove, this time due to frost.

LPGA officials chose to reduce the 90-hole tournament to 72 holes after heavy rains delayed the tournament's start by a full day. After a sprint to the finish, 31 players earned their cards for the 2026 season. The rest of the field that finished all four rounds secured Epson Tour status.

The statuesque Helen Briem of Germany secured medalist honors at 13 under after carding rounds of 65-69-71-68. The 6-foot-3 Briem is currently No. 84 in the world.

Germany's Polly Mack, one of the longest players in the game, carded a 30 on her back nine to close with a 64 and vault into the top 25, finishing T-10. Both Lauren Walsh and Emma McMyler carded 67s to jump into the top 25. Texas's McMyler birdied five of her last six holes, while Ireland's Walsh birdied two of her last three.

Eight players made the cut on the number (5 under), including 2019 British Open winner Hinako Shibuno, longtime LPGA pro and winner Jodi Ewart Shadoff, lefty Erica Shepherd and the University of Oregon's Suvichaya Vinijchaitham, who turned pro for this event.

Gianna Clemente, the 17-year-old who received a waiver from LPGA commissioner Craig Kessler to compete, needed to birdie her last hole to make the cut and made double.
