Today, it's time to examine the 1982 Masters and the significant milestones that occurred at Augusta National Golf Club that year.

Who won the 1982 Masters?

Craig Stadler beat Dan Pohl in the Masters first one-hole playoff. Stadler shot 3-over 75 in the first round, the highest first-round score by an eventual champion in Masters history. He's also one of eight players to win shooting over par in the final round. Stadler made par on No. 10 to win his lone green jacket. He was leading by six shots with nine holes to play and shot a back-nine 40.
