Hitting from a greenside bunker is challenging under any circumstance, but adding a downhill slope adds fuel to the fire.

When the ball is below your feet on a downward slope, even solid fundamentals can feel uncomfortable and unreliable. Maintaining an aggressive swing and committing to the lower launch shot is key to avoiding wild shots. We have all hit the bunker shot that sends the ball running over the green, so staying down on the ball and executing this shot with confidence should help.
