Who it’s for: Recreational golfers who want a soft feel, a high-visibility system on the greens and good value.

What you should know: The Duo Soft TRK360 is a low-compression ball for golfers who want a soft feel. It features a black-and-red ring that makes it easier to line up putts and judge how effective your stroke was after you strike a putt.

The deep dive: Three weeks ago, Wilson introduced the updated Duo Soft for 2025, a two-piece ball with a large rubber core, Surlyn cover, and the lowest compression of any Wilson ball. That compression, 37, helps the Duo Soft not only feel softer and sound softer at impact, but it also helps reduce spin and make golfers’ tee shots fly straighter.

Now, Wilson is introducing another version of Duo Soft, TRK360, and entering the visual technology golf ball world.

The red and black lines encircle the Duo Soft TRK360, creating and easy-to-see system to help you aim and align your putter, then check the quality of your putting stroke.

From a performance standpoint, the Duo Soft TRK360 is identical to the standard Duo Soft – which is available in white, yellow, orange, red, pink, and green – but the white TRK360 version has a pair of red and black lines encircling the ball and bracketing a white area.

The two-color alignment system is designed to make it easier to aim your putts and align the face of your putter to your intended target line. After you strike your putt, the lines will reveal how well the shot was struck. After a good stroke, the TRK360 lines will roll end-over-end and create a smoother pattern, but if you cut across the ball, push your putt, or pull it, the lines will wobble. So, the Duo TRK360 can be used as a training aid and also help golfers learn about the quality of their putting on the course.
