About six weeks after it was first announced, the field for this week's Grant Thornton Invitational changed.

The third-year tournament is a unique mixed-team event featuring 16 two-player teams of one PGA Tour player and one LPGA player.
On Monday evening, it was announced that Daniel Berger, who was scheduled to play alongside Charley Hull, has withdrawn. There was no reason given.
In his place steps Michael Brennan, a big hitter who won in just his third PGA Tour start. Brennan's victory at the Bank of Utah Championship zoomed him past Korn Ferry Tour status and straight to the big tour. Click on the articles below for more about the event.
