Who would you want to sit next to at the Champions Dinner? These Masters players tell us
Adam SchupakAUGUSTA, Ga. -- It's a dinner unlike any other. The Champions Dinner is upon us, a tradition dating to 1952 at the Masters and hosted by defending champion Ben Hogan, to honor the past champions of the tournament.
Zach Johnson had the pleasure of selecting the menu in 2008 as the defending champion and described the seating arrangement as such: "It's pretty customary now, Ben Crenshaw, Bernhard Langer sits next to Larry Mize, then it's me and Jordan. and then it's Dustin. Sometimes Dustin and I exchange seats. Scheffler is in there now too."
Our favorite response? Hideki Matsuyama, who said he likes to sit next to Adam Scott because "I don't have to talk much."
Golfweek asked Masters participants past and present who they would like to sit next to at the Champions Dinner should they join the exclusive club and get to participate in the coolest dinner in sports.

Fred Couples would be a good hang, and Jack Nicklaus because he’s Jack. Mike Weir would be good too but I get to play a practice round with him every year already.
