Concert Golf Partners, a Central Florida-based company that owns a growing list of golf courses and clubs around the country, announced Tuesday that it has purchased The Club at New Seabury in Mashpee, Massachusetts.

The Club at New Seabury in Mashpee, Massachusetts

Concert Golf Partners acquired New Seabury from IE Homes, Clubs and Resorts for just more than $60 million. The 300-acre oceanfront property near Cape Cod features 36 holes — the Ocean Course and the Dunes Course — plus a beach club and two dozen guest cottages and condos. The club is mostly private but does offer stay-and-play packages via its rental properties.

The purchase expands Concert Golf Partners’ holdings to 39 golf and country clubs nationwide.

“To add an oceanfront club of New Seabury’s caliber speaks to the premium level that Concert Golf Partners portfolio has ascended, and the trust home developers, private owners and club members put into our commitment to annually reinvest capital into our family of premier private clubs,” Concert Golf Partners Senior Vice President Jordan Peace said in a media release announcing the purchase.
