Photos: PGA Tour exemption on the line at Fripp Island to Bermuda Invite

FRIPP ISLAND, S.C. — The race for a PGA Tour exemption is on.

The 2025 Fripp Island to Bermuda Invite is underway at Ocean Point Golf Club in South Carolina, and it's a historic one for Division II college golf. That's because the winner will receive a spot in the PGA Tour event in Bermuda next month at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship, the first time a D-II event will receive direct access to the PGA Tour.

Scoring: Fripp Island to Bermuda Invite

Play began Monday with the first 36 holes of play while the final 18 will be held Tuesday. After that, someone will have earned the exemption of a lifetime.
